Terms of Use for “zzz Podcasts”

In App Store Connect the app may appear as “Snooze Podcast Player”. It is the same app.
1) Scope
These terms govern use of the iOS app “zzz Podcasts” provided by aurarum, H. Klindtworth, Gorch-Fock-Ring 26, 23683 Scharbeutz, Germany. By installing and using the app you accept these terms. Privacy is covered in our Privacy Policy; see also the legal notice.
2) License
aurarum grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the app on Apple devices you own or control for private, non-commercial purposes.
3) Purpose
The app is a client to search, subscribe to, and play podcasts via public RSS feeds. It does not provide its own podcast content and is not part of Apple Podcasts.
4) Third-party content
Podcast content belongs to publishers/rights holders. The app does not guarantee that every feed remains available or lawful everywhere. You share responsibility for feeds you subscribe to.
5) Offline downloads
Downloaded audio is for personal offline listening on the device only. Redistribution is not supported.
6) Acceptable use
You may not use the app to scrape or bypass protected platforms (e.g. YouTube, SoundCloud, Apple Music) or for illegal file sharing.
7) Optional Apple services
iCloud sync, speech recognition, CarPlay, and Focus features are optional or system-provided and used only after you enable them. Apple’s terms also apply. See the Privacy Policy.
8) Feedback
Voluntary feedback is processed as described in the Privacy Policy. Library or audio data is not transmitted with feedback.
9) Availability and changes
aurarum aims for a stable app but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features and these terms may change. The published version applies.
10) Liability
Liability is unlimited for intent, gross negligence, and injury to life, body, or health. Otherwise liability is limited as far as law allows. aurarum is not liable for third-party feeds or hosts to the extent permitted by law.
11) App Store
Distribution via the App Store is also subject to Apple’s terms, including the Apple Standard EULA.
12) Governing law
German law applies, excluding the UN CISG, subject to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
