Less distraction
A clean setup without gimmicks—station management, playback, and your favorites stay in focus.
My Stream Player brings Favorites and streams together in a calm interface: add stations by stream URL, start with one tap, sort with drag & drop—and keep listening on the go.
The iOS app My Stream Player is from aurarum and is available as a free download on the App Store.
Many streaming apps clutter the home screen. My Stream Player focuses on what matters: start a station quickly and keep a personal list you sort yourself.

No. My Stream Player is a local stream player app—there’s no required login for the features described.
You add stations in My Stream Player yourself by entering a name and stream URL. Availability and stream quality depend on the respective stream provider.
If the stream ships embedded images or metadata, the app uses those first. Optionally, you can allow the app—in Settings—to look for matching artwork in the music library on your iPhone, iPad, or Mac based on title and artist. Details and any permissions required are shown in the app.
Yes. Background audio is supported—typical for streaming while you use other apps or lock the screen.
Update your iPhone to iOS 26, open My Stream Player once, and add the app widget on iPhone. Then connect your iPhone to CarPlay and customize the CarPlay view so the My Stream Player widget is shown. To do this, go to Settings -> General -> CarPlay -> My Cars -> Widgets and select the widget for the left or right side. In CarPlay, simply scroll left until the widgets are shown.
