How My Minutes feels on iPad—list and content in view

Especially suited for iPad

On the large display, minutes become a comfortable workspace: more text at once, clearer structure, and less scrolling than on a small iPhone screen.

Plenty of room to read & write

Long agenda items, many participants, and tasks stay clear. The UI uses the space—ideal for real meeting minutes, not just short notes.

In meetings or at your desk

iPad with keyboard or handheld: you have room to use video or documents alongside (e.g. Split View with another app) while you take minutes.

One ecosystem, one dataset

With iCloud your minutes stay in sync on iPad and iPhone. On iPhone you check off a task quickly—on iPad you edit the full minute.

Why My Minutes

Many teams still use word processors or loose paper. My Minutes bundles typical minute building blocks in one app—so you start faster at the next meeting and open items don’t get lost.

Structure instead of chaos

Entries for information, tasks, decisions, shared understanding, and more—sorted and easy to find per minute.

Tasks in sight

Overview of open and completed tasks with owners and due dates. The Home Screen widget shows open task counts at a glance.

Events from the calendar

With your permission you can import calendar events—including title, date, and participants—as a starting point for a minute.

Frequently asked questions

Short answers on data, calendar, and use.

Does My Minutes need a user account?

No separate app account is required for on-device use. iCloud sync uses your Apple ID iCloud storage when you enable it.

Why does the app ask for calendar access?

Calendar access is only needed if you want to import events—to bring title, date, and participants into a new or existing minute. You can change permissions anytime in iOS Settings.

Does My Minutes run on iPad?

Yes. The app is a universal app for iPhone and iPad and supports typical iPad layouts (including portrait and landscape). iPad is especially comfortable for detailed minutes.

Your minutes are stored locally on the device and can sync across your devices via iCloud. This is a productivity app without a server-side account at aurarum.
