Plenty of room to read & write
Long agenda items, many participants, and tasks stay clear. The UI uses the space—ideal for real meeting minutes, not just short notes.
Built for iPad · also on iPhone
My Minutes is made for iPad: a large list and the minute side by side, easy to read and edit—perfect at your desk or in a meeting. The same app runs on iPhone when you just need a quick look or you’re on the move.
On the large display, minutes become a comfortable workspace: more text at once, clearer structure, and less scrolling than on a small iPhone screen.

Entries for information, tasks, decisions, shared understanding, and more—sorted and easy to find per minute.
Overview of open and completed tasks with owners and due dates. The Home Screen widget shows open task counts at a glance.
With your permission you can import calendar events—including title, date, and participants—as a starting point for a minute.
